ふきのとう・イタリアーノ?

ボランティア仲間が毎年この季節になると、少しづつだけよと、皆にふきのとうをお裾分けしてくださる。

これまでは、ふき味噌風(一人暮らしなのでごくアバウトに)にしたりしていたが、今回はちょっと気分を変えてみることにした。

ふきのとうを四等分し、フライパンにオリーヴオイルをひいたところへ入れる。

少し、焼き野菜風に軽く焦げ目をつけ、軽く塩・黒胡椒をふる。

パルメザンチーズ(粉)をパラリとふり、醤油をほんの一滴ポトン!

ふきのほろ苦さはしっかり残り、チーズをほんの少しまぶすことで、マイルドにもなり、焼き野菜を食べているような食感もあり、我ながらこれは成功!

温かいご飯に少し載せ、海苔でクルリとくるんで食べたら、ご飯が進みそう~

I was curious if you ever thought of changing the page layout of your website? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or two pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?

I'm no longer sure where you're getting your info, however good topic. I must spend some time finding out more or understanding more. Thanks for excellent information I used to be in search of this information for my mission.

Definitely believe that which you said. Your favorite justification seemed to be on the net the easiest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I certainly get annoyed while people consider worries that they just do not know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top as well as defined out the whole thing without having side effect , people can take a signal. Will probably be back to get more. Thanks
